Very thorough same day report no waiting meant all my requirements. Friendly and efficient

We hired this company as our realtor suggested this place as we were purchasing a home and needed the home inspected to make sure everything was good. A few months after purchasing the home we came across an issue since we hired someone to come take a look at our plumbing and he noticed that the water softener was completely turned off and on bypass mode which means that the water softener was not working and the homeowner put it to bypass so we wouldn't notice. We now have to pay thousands of dollars for a whole unit replacement and this could have been avoided if they checked as the seller could have paid for it. Nowhere in the inspection notes did it talk about the softener. read more

What a great team! They were so fast they had called to schedule my inspection before my real estate agent could even let me know to expect them. The report was incredibly thorough and included detailed pictures. When Chris finished his inspection he called me and reviewed his findings. He finished at 3pm and I received the completed report later that day. When I had small questions a few days later they called me back within 10 minutes and talked through my concerns. Inspectors Make such a Difference!! I've worked with Chris Flannery & Valerie ODell Flannery Several Times, and another one of those times was today! They came through in a clutch and ensured a closing for my Client. My Buyer decided to go with a different Inspection Company Other then CV Inspections for her Completely Renovated House, to save a few bucks (which she actually didn't do since she paid re-inspection fees a couple times) Long story short, if Chris & Val hadn't stopped by today to go over a few of the repairs and explain them to my Buyer I'm not sure if she would have been satisfied enough to move forward!
