I recently went by to get one shit made. The shirt had 7 names aligned to the left. I went in and…read morewrote the names and I was given a price of 40 dollars. I thought it was a bit steep for 1 shirt with black letters but I obliged. I was informed that I could pick it up the next day.( I ordered on Wednesday) I waited until Saturday to pick up the shirt and when I went to pick up the shirt, it took about 6 minutes to find my shirt from the black bags that were hanging. Once it was found, the letters looked amateur and a name was spelled wrong. I informed the rep and I was told that it could be fixed within 15 minutes by making me another shirt. Unfortunately, I waited and they no longer had my shirt size . The rep attempted to pullout all the shirts that were the specific size I requested and to no avail. After searching, the rep offered to go to the store. Presumably the near by 99 cent store to get a shirt for them to make it in the correct size. I requested my funds back and I was given 35 dollars. I informed the rep that I paid 40 and I was met with "no, I just looked at your receipt and you paid 35 dollars". This statement was not made in a rude way but I was simply taken aback because the receipt that I showed was a 40 dollar receipt. I was given my full refund and I did not receive any apologies or anything. I exited the store. I searched for nearby custom shirt companies but many were closed except one. I reached out to MJ Design and Imprints on 125th Street. They completed my request in 20 minutes and the shirt came out perfectly. The letters looked professional. The shirt was of good quality and the energy in the establishments was welcoming and amazing! In addition to the service, the shirt was half the price and I added a tip too!! Regardless of how many stars next level has, their service was less than satisfactory and the shirt quality and letters were poor. I do not recommend this over priced establishment. GOod customer service goes a very long way.
