Then there's the hair products sections. Serving from babies to adults. Literally every hair style possible. Then there the sew-ins and wigs. This is where you can spend a great deal of time. I did end up picking out a lite wig for non hair day occasions. I'll post a picture when I wear it. This is a great spot for all your hair needs and more. The whole interaction was unnecessary and uncomfortable. It felt like an attempt to assert dominance rather than welcome customers. The shop itself has talent--Sara gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in the Pines--but the atmosphere is toxic. Mark's loud, aggressive demeanor seems to intimidate the staff, which may explain why so many appointment slots remain open. This kind of behavior doesn't create a professional or relaxed environment, especially when families or young clients are present. Hopefully, management will address this and bring back the friendly, skilled vibe that Sara and others clearly work hard to provide.

Love the interior decor and feeling. I definitely felt like I shouldn't have been there, definitely a men's vibe which is really nice. Loved the seats. Our barber who I didn't even get his name was really nice and accommodating to my step dad moving around a lot in discomfort. Definitely a nice experience for him and moderately priced. I hope we can come back again.

When I said I preferred regular polish and started to leave, they suddenly changed their minds and said they would do it "just this time, but not again." That alone felt unprofessional. What concerned me even more was the cleanliness--or lack of it. The equipment looked filthy, the floors and tables weren't clean, and I didn't see anyone disinfect anything between clients. It made me really uncomfortable. The end result horrible manicure. Sadly, I won't be returning. Cleanliness and honesty should be the bare minimum for a nail salon.
