I really loved the warm Jelly mask and hot stone massage. The room is calm with both music and water sounds and spaced enough to easily maneuver around. My skin feels soft and hydrated. As a plus size woman I was a bit concerned about equipment and environment. The tables were very clean and sturdy. I felt safe and comfortable as Brande's energy is everything! She took her time and I enjoyed the experience immensely.

Natalie is THE sweetest person ever! I'm scheduled to have an MRI in a few days and one of the…read morerequirements is that my nose stud be taken out of my nose. After attempting once or twice in the 4 years that I've had the piercing to take it out on my own, KILLING my nose in the process, I just never touched it again. I called the shop because of their high reviews and Natalie answered the phone. She was so sweet and patient in explaining to me that the stud could be replaced by a silicone holder for the MRI, and when I was ready to reinsert the stud, she could do that for me as well. When I came into the shop, there were 3 women at the table, one guy standing and two more guys lounging on the couch. They all seemed like maybe it was a hard day because nobody really spoke, which I didn't even take offense to because sometimes, it IS a long frickin day lol. But when Natalie turned around with a sweet smile and asked if I was looking for her, she immediately made me feel welcomed. Eventually, the guy who was standing cracked a joke about my nose stud DEFINITELY being healed since I hadn't touched it in 4 years LOL. I told him not to judge me which was hilarious! He was cool, and the ladies at the table all said how pretty my labradorite bracelet was. To top it all off, I didn't even ASK for a military discount but since I had mentioned to Natalie on the phone that I had gotten the piercing while stationed in Hawaii, she immediately gave me a military discount. Overall, I was so impressed with the service that I received and I'm so glad I came to Misfits to take out my nose stud!
