Pat always cuts and colours my hair well. It's naturally curly and gets tangled easily so no easy job. I am always satisfied with the results and the atmosphere and welcome are second to none. I can only assume that the previous reviewer had the person who used to work in the salon (no longer there) because Pat is an accomplished hairdresser.
