Tammy I believe was the woman's name acted like she didn't want to cut my hair but agreed to do so when all the others were busy. She BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!! She used clippers like you would use on a man on the back of my hair leaving very visible lines all the way across my head in 3 layers. The front was uneven and not blended and one side was an inch or more longer than the other. I would not advise anyone to go here. I had to pay another salon to fix my hair before I could even go to work it was that bad.

They did not offer her a hair wash and did not follow the instructions given for the haircut. They didn't even wet her hair with a bottle to cut it. My wife was very displeased with the whole experience but she is a bit shy since it was her first time there so she didn't say anything. After she told me, I was pretty disappointed. I called them and spoke to the owner. I explained what happened and that we would like our money refunded. The owner said "she got her hair cut and the girl has to get paid" and that she would not refund any money. She offered to have my wife come in and they would "fix" it, but my wife did not want to go back (obviously). I rarely ask for money back in any situation, but in this case I felt it was warranted since they did not follow instructions or give the proper services that they advertised. Horrible customer service and we will never go back.

It felt like my hair was done by an amateur on her first day in school, with little care or attention to detail. To make matters worse, Jocelyn, the stylist was on the phone for about an hour while flat ironing my hair, which was incredibly unprofessional. Despite this, I was still charged $130 for a wash and haircut. I ended up going to The Masters afterward, where one of their stylists fixed my hair and gave it the full-body look I originally wanted. PS. I have asked her a haircut similar to the picture below but got a flat lame cut... I still can't believe she was on the phone for an hour while flat ironing my hair.
