She is very thorough when she does your first consultation and asks questions about how you do/ treat your hair. She always keeps the health of your hair top priority. That means she will be honest if she thinks a color may take a few visits to get to. Jessica has been my hair dealer for about 10 years now, never once have I left unhappy. No matter what color or process we do my hair has always been soft and healthy. She also gives great advice on how to keep my waves and curls looking good. Also a plus to this salon location is there are places to eat and grab a drink after you get your hair fix too.

I explained clearly that I wanted a hair trim and to have my beard evened out, but things went downhill fast. She spent all of five minutes trimming around my ears with clippers and hardly touched my beard. When it came time to even out my beard, the clippers she was using ran out of battery. Instead of switching tools or finding a solution, she just skipped that step entirely! i left with my moustache hair all over my lip hair left on the upper beard that should have been removed at least she cut around my ears all in all a pathetic attempt When she asked if everything was good, I reluctantly said "yes," just so I could leave. Frankly, I was afraid to ask her to fix it, fearing she might make things even worse. For this level of effort (or lack thereof), I was charged $20, which feels like a complete rip-off. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be coming back to this location and would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Terrible experience!

She was shown 2 pictures of him with the way we wanted it cut and she completely butchered his hair. Pictures are attached, 2 are what she was shown and the other 3 are what she gave him. The front is extremely too short and uneven, he looks like Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber! The back wasn't tapered down, she just did a straight trim across the bottom and didn't even go around his ears. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!

I got full highlights and a cut. Both were awesome. After playing with my hair for a few days, I noticed a tiny portion of highlight I wasn't happy with and asked if it was something she could fix. She immediately got me in (on her day off, I later found out) and fixed it, no problem. I was super impressed by that and didn't feel like I was an imposition to her. The price was very competitive (I think it was $160 for cut, color, and styling), and she uses high quality products. Overall, I'm so glad I found her and can't wait to go back
