I have been there several times where everyone in there is all wrapped up into the same conversation so that can really make for a nice experience. The shop really feels like a Barber Shop... nothing fancy, just right for haircuts (with good Maxim and cars magazine if you need to wait) The barber's name is Richard and he is pretty good using the clippers, in 15 minutes I was out with a great Flat Top. We decided to give them another chance and booked well in advance with our preferred barber. On the day of our most recent appointment, I even called earlier to confirm because I hadn't received the usual reminder and was told everything was set. Then, just five minutes before we were about to leave, they called to say our barber was unavailable and asked if we'd use the same barber from our previous disappointing visit. We declined and decided to take our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, the repeated last-minute scheduling issues and lack of communication have lost our trust and we will not be returning.
