I was on holiday and needed to color my hair. Bernhard was so terrific. He explained to another hairdresser just what I wanted. Bernhard was keeping a close eye and made sure I was very comfortable and even brought me some chocolate. My hairdresser's name was Damjan. He spoke Swiss German, which I do not know but with Bernard's help and a few English words I could not have been happier with my hair cut and color. He took his time and did an extraordinarily exceptional job styling my hair just the way I like it. The wash and rinse was beyond what I am used to. The scalp massage was heavenly. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I was offered coffee, tea or water. The chocolate was Bernhard going above and beyond. Thank you Bernard and Damjan for making me a very pretty woman. And thank you for the chocolate.

The two hairstylists gave me their immediate attention and gave me the best hair cut and style that I have ever had. They were very friendly and provided helpful suggestions. But most impressive, they cut my hair with the precision care that goes into the finest Swiss watches, making sure that every hair was exactly in place. My husband was so impressed that he took pictures of the process and kept talking about how good the man and the woman were at their work for the rest of the evening. I don't remember the names of the man and woman who operate this business, but they are terrific!!
