The two hairstylists gave me their immediate attention and gave me the best hair cut and style that I have ever had. They were very friendly and provided helpful suggestions. But most impressive, they cut my hair with the precision care that goes into the finest Swiss watches, making sure that every hair was exactly in place. My husband was so impressed that he took pictures of the process and kept talking about how good the man and the woman were at their work for the rest of the evening. I was on holiday and needed to color my hair. Bernhard was so terrific. He explained to another hairdresser just what I wanted. Bernhard was keeping a close eye and made sure I was very comfortable and even brought me some chocolate. My hairdresser's name was Damjan. He spoke Swiss German, which I do not know but with Bernard's help and a few English words I could not have been happier with my hair cut and color. He took his time and did an extraordinarily exceptional job styling my hair just the way I like it. The wash and rinse was beyond what I am used to. The scalp massage was heavenly. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I was offered coffee, tea or water. The chocolate was Bernhard going above and beyond. Thank you Bernard and Damjan for making me a very pretty woman. And thank you for the chocolate.

This multi level book shop with a cafe upstairs is nice. They have a decent selection of Books in…read moreEnglish, including new bestsellers and BookTok selections. They also carry some gorgeous stunning edition books with splayed edges (think Sarah J. Maas and other fantasy books) -- all in German. Upstairs, there's a beautiful selection of papery- journals, pens, stationary, etc. the staff was very friendly, spoke English, and meticulously re-shelved books. I can't give higher than 3 because the prices are truly outrageous.

(The stuff said if it's not the right book I can returun it ) After asking the teacher on the second day, which the class only need the book for lesson 1-6. So I came back to return it. The book was brand new. But I didn't get the refund , they gave me a 48.8chf gift card...... First stuff which I politely asked her the reason why can't I get the refund was such a bad attitude. There's also no paper documents to be shown that the bookstore have the rights to give the gift card instead of refund. And no one told the customers there will be no refund when they return the books even it's brand new . Kind of sucker . Totally not recommend it if you think you wanna return the books.

At first I thought he meant services so I said "can I get a pedicure tomorrow" whereby he replied VERY RUDELY...."No, we don't have any openings!"......he didn't even look at the appointment book, he just "barked" at me. As I was walking away he started yelling at me in another language but it was RUDE, whatever he was saying. All I asked for was a pedicure, barely said 5 words to this person. If this is the type of service this salon gives....go elsewhere as tourists in this town are plentiful and there are plenty of salons around. No need to be this rude! We have been traveling 3 weeks through Europe and this was the very first encounter that was rude. All others have been very helpful....save your money and support another business who is happy to have you!
