The old mattress was a heroic effort, I think my grandfather had left it outside for years!! Both times he was able to fit me in within a day, and was so quick, friendly and professional -- highly recommend!! I was very happy he could squeeze me in today, before the rain came and really turned the furniture to soggy sawdust! Thank you!!

Once I saw that they were in the same city as me, I decided to give them a try first. I reached out via yelp (it's very convenient) and Brian got back to me right away. He was able to set up my appointment on the date and time that I wanted. Richard and his co-worker showed up right on time. What took me two weeks to gather up and put aside, they removed in 30 minutes! They were both very professional, fast, and friendly. They helped me with getting some junk down that I couldn't reach myself, which was great. I would definitely use them again in the future for my junk hauling needs.

FIrst of all, I have no idea how Yelp! chooses to list businesses from #1 on down. Why Heavy…read moreHauling Junk Removal Service is on "Page 2" with 140+ 5-Star reviews is baffling to me. I posted a request for quotes and Henry was the first to respond (of only 4 from the entire list -- I guess all the others don't need the work or don't want to work). Not only was he first to respond, but he was the only one to offer pricing up-front. Others have said the same, too. We're preparing for an estate sale and eventual sale of my wife's mother's home . . . after more than 55 years of living there, and Henry and his helper were able to clear out an entire garage-full of accumulated stuff at the property. We still have loads of stuff inside the house to deal with -- some of it to be sold, some of it to be donated, and likely some of it still to be trashed -- but now that the garage is essentially empty, we have "breathing room" to begin staging stuff outside the living areas. Henry let me know early in the day that our scheduled time needed to be pushed back a couple of hours, which was appreciated and not a problem. He showed up at the promised time and completed the job -- a full trailer load of stuff -- in about 90 minutes . . . absolutely amazing! And they swept the garage and blew out the remaining dust, which was more than expected. I highly recommend Heavy Hauling and hope Yelp! reevaluates their ranking process and bumps this business to the first page, and near the top (I hope the "Top 10" rankings aren't simply "purchased" . . . that would certainly diminish my trust in Yelp!).
