They were able to drop off a 20 cubic yard dumpster the same day as we called in. Their rate is very competitive amongst others that offer the same service. Typical rental period is 10 days. Pick up was easy as well, in fact, we didn't even need to be present for pick up, just need a clear path for the truck to the dumpster. Hopefully, there will not be another need for their service. But if the curveball returns, we'll be reaching out to Delaware Dumpster again.

Driver was very polite when dropping off and made sure it was where I wanted it. Pick up was slightly delayed but they picked up as soon as they could and didn't charge me for the delay. The price difference came out to $218.58 per dumpster, totaling $655.74 in overcharges. I brought this to their attention, and over a month later I am still waiting for a refund. As a contractor, this kind of billing practice is unacceptable. If you use this company, make sure you verify exactly what you're being charged versus what is actually delivered. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be taking legal action.
