We had first contacted another company on Commercial Drive in Utica a little over a MONTH ago, contacted them a couple of times since and we are STILL waiting for them to even come and measure in order to even order a new door...should have called Cusworth Door to begin with...due to the size of our garage door, ours had to be specially ordered two weeks from our first call to them to installation and wallah!!
