Checked on my item 3 weeks straight, got the same excuses that she is too busy, or trying to get all the big orders out first, not first come first serve. I kept getting told that she would get to my item and send me a picture and price but I never received one. On the fourth week I went to check on my item only to get the "too busy" excuse.
