If you've ever undertaken a remodeling project, you've probably come to realize that there always seems to be more work than you anticipated. Replacing a bathroom cabinet turns into, "A new sink would sure look nice with my new cabinet!", which then turns into, "A new tiled backsplash would really make the sink and cabinet look great!", and on, and on... Leon is the man for all of these jobs. At my current (still incomplete) stage, he has replaced my fiberglass shower with a cast-iron tub, installed a gorgeous custom tile surround with built-in niche and mosaic accents, hung and trimmed all interior and exterior doors, installed all baseboards, made adjustments to cabinets so my new range fits perfectly, plumbed my kitchen & bath sinks, installed new dishwasher & over-range microwave, built 2 custom closet systems, built a custom enclosure for a new stackable washer/dryer and will be installing my new super-low-energy windows. He painted the inside and outside. We came up with some last minute changes of adding exterior lights on the new wall. He did that without any issues and even added an exterior electricity socket for us. He worked around my schedule and was able to knock everything out in less than 4 days. His pricing is also very low, you cannot ask for more. I will have Leon come out again in august to do some bathroom tile work and tub replacement.
