They would not roll down their window to speak with us and were incredibly rude. I would never utilize this company that hires such employees. in addition to the inconsiderate behavior, they looked as though they just got out of the state prison. There is no way I would trust these individuals around my home. I hope this review will help you make your decision to stay away from this company.

I have had issues with this Generac generator ever since the install…read more The first review was because the only repair tech. had family issues and they could not even give me a date as to when someone might show up to help repair the unit. I called a company that Generac listed as a better company and that is really a business in the state and not just claiming to be local. Still having issues and no help the other company came out andf after getting a bill for what was supposed to be a warranty repair. I paid for a 10 year extended warranty that covers parts labor and travel I received a invoice for 200 dollars which included 1.5 hours of travel. After finally getting Generac involved again the company advised that the reason it was not covered under the warranty is because this issue should have been caught and fixed in the initial installation. I once again am going to have to deal with a system that is not working properly because A Plus not only screwed up the install they could not get out here to fix their problem. Now I have to go after them for costing me to bring out someone to fix their screw up.

The other company seemed…read moremore interested in how much money my insurance company was paying than what they were actually charging to complete the roof. I contacted Markus with Richter Roofing, and from the beginning he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire insurance process, including the difference between ACV and RCV--things I had no idea about before speaking with him. He carefully reviewed everything and made sure insurance covered items that had originally been left out. What really impressed me was the level of detail in his estimate. Instead of simply giving me a price, Markus explained exactly what materials would be used, why they were being used, and how they would protect my home. His communication throughout the entire project was outstanding, and he even completed additional work at no extra charge to ensure my home was properly protected. It's hard to find contractors you can truly trust these days, but Markus is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job the right way instead of cutting corners. The roof turned out beautiful, and I haven't had a single issue. I highly recommend Richter Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and an honest roofing contractor.
