Jean at BBT was able to help us get travel arranged but she was quite slow and used very "old school" methods. If you like smart phones, computers or even the simplest technology, go elsewhere. This was not cheap as well. We paid her over $500 and I will never do that again. I had my family member call her on my behalf after I had left to set up one last hotel for me, as she said to do ("at no extra charge", her words), and almost two months later they were billed $75 to book that hotel. Other family members used various travel agencies for this big trip abroad and spent between $90-$150, TOTAL. Honestly, go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.

In retrospect I should have saw the red flags - one sentence emails from the agent (Betsy Everhart) not even CCing both me and my girlfriend. We paid in advance, and when got to our destination in Belize, no connecting flights were booked. When I provided confirmation code, was told it was invalid (this was only given a 'quote code' that didn't help). I tired calling the 'Weekend Flights' emergency number and no one answered. The trip was off to a terrible start, and I had to go out of pocket to book the connecting flights myself and it took 3 weeks and barrage of emails to get a refund, because the office phone line just has a perpetual busy signal. Other details of the "All Inclusive" package at the resort were also not covered (Breakfasts - fortunately was able to negotiate with the resort for that). All in all very sloppy service, not customer oriented, unable to reach anyone on a phone, and slow to respond for refunds. We would have been better off to book everything ourselves, would have saved a lot of time and money and certainly tons of aggravation.

Located in the Century 21 Plaza on Colorado Blvd right across Jersey Mike's. It is brand new, spacious and inviting. I came in to get an International Driver's Permit and was assisted by Rachel. She was so professional, attentive, super-friendly and efficient. She has just worked there less than a week and with her demeanor and knowledge, it seemed she had worked there for a longer time. Being a member is great and it is worth having a membership, especially since I like road trips and travel internationally a lot. The International Permit only cost $20 and the pictures were free (being a member). It is good for one year. Rachel works next to Joey and there are a lot of seasoned agents that can help with any travel needs.

It is hard to find sufficient superlatives to describe the One Seed experience. On our recent trip to Nepal for an Annapurna Discovery Trek, the team, including regional manager and guide, greatly exceeded our expectation. The Nepal Manager, Tek Bahadur Dong, was well informed and attentive to our needs. He clearly knew how to navigate the Katmandu region providing us with an excellent orientation on our arrival. Subsequent preparation for our trek including touring the capital city and checking our gear made us feel comfortable and prepared. He answered our questions with skill and a depth of understanding that transcended competency encompassing Napal history, mountain challenges and local logistics. Accommodations in Katmandu and Pokhara were outstanding. His choice of trekking Tea Houses was likewise thoughtful. Do be prepared that on the trek the accommodations may be somewhat primitive. Our trekking guide Suruchi Rai had extensive knowledge of the Annapurna region grounded in years of hiking the trails and visiting tea houses. Patient and sturdy she kept us at an appropriate pace to reach our daily goals. She had a breadth of naturalist knowledge that was unusual for someone in her field. Passing farms, she would discuss the various crops and livestock by type, distribution and history. In the forests she likewise discussed the indigenous plants and animals often pulling sprigs or flowers describing features such as smells or adaptive traits. Although the trekking was challenging, our guide was cognizant of our needs including hydration, hunger, health issues. Based on our pace she would accurately predict our arrivals and prepare us for the steep ups and downs of the trails. Organized, warm engaging and friendly, Tek and Suruchi made us feel totally at ease whether on the streets of Katmandu or on the trail or at the nightly lodging. If you are looking for immersive adventure, One Seed should be your choice!!
