We needed to have someone look at the flashing where our chimney meets the roof; over the years it…read morehas become uneven. A young guy named Seth Johnson came out earlier this month to check it out. He made sure that there was no hole or structural problem with the flashing. We also had a concern about a flying squirrel entry site. Seth inspected the whole roof, took a number of pictures, sealed up some small spots in the wood where the squirrels may have chewed through, and put in a few screws where the metal shingles may have curled up.
