spoke with Tom who was a great guy, was told it would be $125 service fee to come out and that would be applied to any work done. After looking at my RV he advised I would need the gray tank PVC replaced and the wires for electronic brakes repaired. Tom reconnected some of the electronic brake wires, went to hardware store for PVC and told me he may have the parts at home and would come back another day. I paid Tom the $125 dollars and now he has ghosted me. No call back no text messages no nothing. I told Tom I wanted a partial refund because the work he did wasnt worth the $125. Still no response.
