We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." Measurements are to 1/16 of an inch and we were thrilled. You will never find anyone like her. She is an engineer, designer and an architect. If you want your kitchen done fast and cheap; go somewhere else. If you want it done just once and beautifully; make an appointment with Maya. I have done 5 kitchens over my life and this was by far the best one. A few things you should know regarding a total redo of a kitchen like we did. 1-The process will take time, probably longer than you think, and you can not rush it 2-It will cost more than you think for crazy things you will pick out later in the process. I just spent $112 for special electrical faceplates on Amazon because they were gorgeous. Hacker Kitchens is responsible for cabinets, appliances (which are frequently incorporated into the cabinets), backsplash and countertops. You may need a general contractor for specialities like electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc. She may be able to help with recommendations or I would be happy to share names of the professionals that I used in the NY, CT area. Express Kitchens then said I had to buy another cabinet and would get a full refund at the end. At the end I DIDN'T get a full refund. Then they measured wrong for my back splash and charged me an extra 400 plus dollars for that. All in all had to pay almost 600.00 for there mistakes and refused to give back proper refund for the different size cabinet because I paid for a 30". What a poor way to run a business, after spending 20k plus on my kitchen. Not too mention they measured wrong at my brothers house last year and charged him an extra 1k. Disgusting experience!!
