He was absolutely wonderful -- fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Logan immediately found the problem and explained exactly why it happened. He told us the supply hose that failed was an old style from the 1980s that is now outlawed because it's known for bursting. He replaced it with a safe, modern line and showed us what to watch for to prevent future issues. His calm, clear explanations were such a relief in the middle of a late‑night emergency. I honestly don't think I could have slept tonight with that water leaking, and Logan truly saved the day. Excellent service, fair, and professional. We are so grateful and highly recommend Option One Plumbing -- especially Logan! Vincent and Danny from Option One Plumbing were outstanding. They explained everything clearly, treated my home with respect, and carried themselves with professionalism and kindness from start to finish. Their calm, steady manner made a difficult situation so much easier. I am truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them.

This project was particularly stressful since I was having to arrange everything from several thousand miles away, but they took away all of the stress related to the water and sewer lines. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all this, Ethical Plumbing was less expensive than the other quote that I received for this project. I can't thank them enough, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in the Greenville area.

It was a huge job to break the old tub into pieces. The house is from the 1920s with plaster walls. Mike was SO cautious and used the smaller sledge hammer so as to not disturb the surrounding walls. The small awkward space required lots of special cutting/fitting and problem solving skills, which Mike has in great abundance. I've been around a lot of contractors, plumbers, carpenters, and Mike ranks at the very top. I'm not sure many people could have figured out a way around all the issues of our awkward small bathroom. Mike was brilliant! Our new bathroom looks like it was always there, seamlessly integrated into the space. He has the higest level of integrity and the absolute highest standards, which translates into the best work you could possibly get.
