I have been trying to get some company shirts made with stitch design since December. I have…read moreemailed them over my logo and design multiple times along with calling anywhere from 7-10 times throughout the months that have passed and every time I call they take down my info and I am told they will get back with me shortly and to this day I still have no pricing or have an order going with them. I called today again and I was told that the owner was busy with another client and they would call me back shortly after and the whole day passed and never heard anything back. I was wanting to support a local business and keep the money in small shops rather than order items online but at this point I will probably go ahead and order through a large company due to the lack of interest from this company.

AND the shirts looked GREAT! Good quality and clean print (a couple weeks earlier I ordered shirts, from an online store, with a logo printed on the back and it bled through to the front leaving a reversed ghost logo... sure, we got replacement shirts, but it was a week after the event we needed them for -- disappointed, at least); our Fast Stitch prints were crisp and clean -- great job! I'm still fairly unfamiliar with the Oklahoma City area, so I don't know where to go locally to get what I need here yet. Every online shirt printer I tried simply said my requested timeline couldn't be met -- Fast Stitch DID the un-doable and did it with a smile and a true helping hand, this was a great reminder to buy local first and NOW I have my local shirt printer for life! (I'm reaching out to them today about a new shirt request -- this is my now my go-to, one-stop shop!)

The Saturday before the race, my gf tried to buy some of the gear - specifically a small pullover jacket - sold out. We got her a beanie and she wears it religiously, but she continued to lament the lack of a pullover from her race.... I emailed the race director and he explained that as a smaller race, I would have to ask the source - cue University Silkscreen. They were incredible. I know businesses that print or embroider usually have to do huge bulk orders, but they allowed me to order just one and even let me utilize a URL that wasn't even fully up to the public yet. The employees are great - everything's helpful -- and the pullover looks amazing. My girlfriend wears it religiously!
