Totally unprofessional, and unreliable. They're a company you can't count on. The workers they send are not experienced nor detailed. Most of the trimmings were thrown into my shrubs, they broke off a side to my chimney and didn't say a word about it. But boy was he fast when it came time for me to fork over nearly 7 grand. The contract they give you can better be used as toilet paper. Because although it says in black and white you get guarantee. That's a complete lie. I have experienced two leaks already. And I'll be damned if he'll return my phone messages. He accused me of having done work on the roof aside from his company. Unfortunately I had to hire someone to construct my chimney that his team broke. This company is totally shady he refuses to face me. Save your money for another metal roofing company instead, who actually do know what they are doing. read more
