If I could choose 0, I would. Today, I drove 45 minutes to their office in Cleveland, TX from another Houston suburb. That's not the issue, but the address I got from looking on the net says their street address was an address on Fostoria Rd. in Cleveland. When I sent an email to the salesman asking to verify if the address on Fostoria Rd. was correct, I heard nothing from him. Since I didn't hear from him, I thought that's where I had to go. When I got to that address, it was in the middle of a field. I was able to pull over and call and was given the correct address. When I got to the office, I said to the salesman that I was very unhappy that he didn't respond to my email regarding the address where he would have clearly known I had the wrong address if he read the email and that I would keep that in mind in how he would handle my project. In short, he apparently was irritated with my unhappiness and told me he was getting a bad feeling about the project relationship, so wouldn't work with me and I should just leave. So I left driving another 45 minutes back stewing all the way home! I guess he doesn't need the tens of thousands of $$ the project would bring him. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend Custom Luxury Pools. read more

After meeting with 4 different pool contractor We Were Lucky to have the pleasure to meet with "Mark from Custome Luxury pools" His up beat attitude and listening skills as to what we wanted We're Outstanding! He set up a time for us to meet with Leslie and she Was a dream to work with. She listen to what we wanted. And did not try to force any thing on us.
