If I could choose 0, I would. Today, I drove 45 minutes to their office in Cleveland, TX from another Houston suburb. That's not the issue, but the address I got from looking on the net says their street address was an address on Fostoria Rd. in Cleveland. When I sent an email to the salesman asking to verify if the address on Fostoria Rd. was correct, I heard nothing from him.
Since I didn't hear from him, I thought that's where I had to go. When I got to that address, it was in the middle of a field. I was able to pull over and call and was given the correct address. When I got to the office, I said to the salesman that I was very unhappy that he didn't respond to my email regarding the address where he would have clearly known I had the wrong address if he read the email and that I would keep that in mind in how he would handle my project. In short, he apparently was irritated with my unhappiness and told me he was getting a bad feeling about the project relationship, so wouldn't work with me and I should just leave.
So I left driving another 45 minutes back stewing all the way home! I guess he doesn't need the tens of thousands of $$ the project would bring him. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend Custom Luxury Pools. read more
