He's been working with these kind of mortgages for 17 years and his experience shows. He provided a perfect roadmap for each stage of the process. Dave was able to tell me what was due and when and about how long each step would take. Dave's service was so personalized and personable I felt as though I was the only customer. He went above and beyond to help make the mortgage happen while keeping me safe from COVID. All meetings were masked and socially distanced and best of all occurred in my home. I wanted to facetime walkthru three houses, and the 1st response was, you can't see site lines with facetime. I then asked if taking over a backloaded solar contract was standard in Mass and was told when you're in Mass a few weeks from now we can go look at houses. What? That is a competitive market, one of those houses can be gone in days. You work on commission, and if you have enough business where you don't want mine, be a professional and decline the business. Zero feedback on the other two houses I asked about, and one is in a town where expedience is crucial.

We worked mostly with Tom, who is experienced, knowledgeable, motivated, considerate, and confident. All great traits to see in your realtor. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, and made himself available for any all private showings we wanted. He would get in the corners of the house with his phone flashlight, point out things that concerned him or that were fully depreciated, educated us on things he knew we were naive about, and never pushed us to make a decision. In fact, on a few occasions he told us to be patient - to wait for the Fall market knowing we would find the perfect house in our price range. He negotiated for us, got us closing credits we didn't even know we deserved. When we settled on a closing date, we were concerned to find out Tom would be out of town on vacation. As it turned out, we had nothing to worry about. Joanne was happy to jump in and help us. These two work as 1 unit, and it was all very seamless. This is a huge asset to their clients. When the time comes again to buy/sell, we will not hesitate to call Tom & Joanne.
