That was until this last time and I went to Dr. Kemmet. He treated my abscess teeth and laid out a treatment plan to end my cycle of decay! To this point, I had pretty much given up on my teeth, but now I've never felt so good about the state of my oral health. Dr. Kemmet and his staff take the time to really get to know you and truly care about your overall health, not just your teeth! Everybody there knows my name and is so warm and welcoming. When I'm getting treatment the are always make sure I'm comfortable and minimize my pain as much as possible. The first time my husband went in he had tooth pain and they discovered a very detrimental issue in his jaw that required immediate surgical attention. The dentist made him come back in on a Saturday -- guys, a SATURDAY. We spent a lot of money repairing his jaw/mouth but it was so worth it and we are so appreciative of the attention we received. Ever since that incident, we visit this office for our routine cleanings. The office: - is clean - provides drinks and snacks - plays music during the cleaning - has the dentist complete the cleaning! (never had this at any other dental clinic) - works through paperwork, insurance and payments easily

I am really saddened to have to write this review. We have been seeing Dr. Bethany for over a year…read morenow and my kids adore her and her staff. We had an upcoming trip planned and when I called to reschedule my kid's appointments until after our trip I was told they had a cancellation and we could come in the next day. I was excited to get in early, until I received a bill in the mail that insurance had denied our entire visit. When I called the office to see what was going on, they informed me that they did not have the alert in our profiles that helps prevent insurance visit overlaps (which has to be set manually), so we were seen three days too early for our insurance's automatic "grace period" for visit overlaps. We were also informed that one of my children's exams had been billed incorrectly as well during this process. We were told to work with our insurance because there was nothing the office was willing to do about it after speaking to the office manager. After calling to pay my bill and informing them we would be finding a new provider because we cannot afford any more expensive errors from their office we were never once offered an apology or any empathy for this situation they put us in. I am giving two stars because Dr. Bethany is great and her tech is wonderful, but this office has serious billing and customer service issues that need to be fixed or I fear many others will end up in our expensive situation.
