She was very accommodating and squeezed me in last minute which was a great start! She paid great attention to detail and spend an hour and a half making sure to give me a cut that I love. The color turned out all wrong and she really made a mess of my hair. I thought she may have been having a bad day, so I rescheduled. Everyone deserves a second chance. She scheduled me for 4 weeks later, I thought that was kind of soon, since I normally go about 3 months before getting a haircut and style, and she is a fairly high priced salon. But, I didn't say a word. Just go along to get along. Well, I came back in the four week time, got my hair cut (this is costing me quite a sum of money and I would like to see some improvement) I left, and got home and my husband looked at me with a frown and said he couldn't tell that she had done anything. This review should be left where people can see what service that is done to others, not just the reviews the owner chooses to show people. Of course, that is called bait and switch and what can you expect from someone who is out to take you for all you are worth? My husband says his money earned is worth spending somewhere else.
