My major source of dissatisfaction was being unable to simply reschedule the appointment, but I am amending this review on the basis that she did do her best to make the situation right in the end. my friend and i tried going here to get matching tattoos on 3/26, we were required to send two deposits as "appointment holders" a week in advance through venmo. i woke up at 4am on the 26th with food poisoning and tried to reschedule, our artist said we could reschedule and keep one of the deposits. we tried rescheduling, but she left both of us on delivered and has kept the money. Tattooing is all about good service and word of mouth, which is why i wanted to try this spot in the first place. it has been 3 weeks since we've heard from her. I did NOT want to cancel my appointment, i wanted to go 2 days later so I wouldn't get her sick (because i could've done that for free).

Called the shop yesterday & it sounded like James answered. Asked for him by name then claims not in for the day. Person who answered says they'll take my info down for artist to call back. Didn't take anything down & hung up. I'm not sure if this guy has a problem with us race wise or because my nephew is disabled. My nephew has cerebral palsy & was able to sit there while getting his tattoo. I don't know what Jame's problem is with someone with disabilities but I do hope in the future that the shop is more welcoming to anyone regardless if they have a disability or not.
