Issue: came in for a distorted camera view from my side mirror. Happened as a result of a car hitting mine and forcing the mirror shut. I came here and was told that my camera on my mirror could not be damaged from my mirror being forced shut from an accident. Called two other shops and BOTH confirmed that the camera would be damaged. Also common sense? Go elsewhere for correct information! Also spoke to someone in charge and they were incredibly rude. read more

This is the worst shop ever. Plz don't come to this place to get any Autobody work done. My suspension on my car was supposed to be fixed but didn't. They put on everything wrong, no grease in ball joints. Used parts, everything was stripped and dry. I got a 2nd opinion from FORD themselves and told me whoever worked on your car did a bad job. I had taken my car back to this place before my 2nd opinion. I told them my car wasn't driving well and there was a loud noise coming from it whenever I reversed or turned the steering wheel. Upon taking it, they told me they didn't "hear anything" made it seem like I was dumb. They didn't want to help me out whatsoever. They took more than a month to fix my car and charged my insurance almost $6,000 and I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket. On top of that they dented my car and left it with scratches. I have proof and pictures and they denied everything saying it was already there even after I showed them pictures. Not a trustworthy business and I will seek legal action. The control arm could've slipped out at any given time and caused me to be in an accident. Causing my life to be in danger because of how unprofessional they are. They will deny any wrong doing. The most sketchy place ever. I would give this place ZERO stars but it's not an option. They put my life in danger without any care of what could've happened to me. They just scam people. I ran over something in the dark and it damaged my transmission pan and my front bumper. My insurance sent me to Custom Craft Autobody. They did a great job with the repairs. The color match was perfect. After they finished repairing my car, they detailed it on the outside and inside, which was unexpected. My car looked like new. read more

Because Allweather Landscape and Maintenance refused to return my phone calls, I had to submit a claim with my car insurance provider, Progressive Insurance, Inc. Custom Craft Auto Body was the preferred provider for Progressive. I worked with Daniel Garcia at Custom Craft Auto Body. At all times, he was professional, polite, and responsive. He worked with my schedule and made sure everything went as smooth as possible for me. He also spoke directly with Progressive's claims estimator. I was told it was under warranty but they wouldn't uphold the warranty and when I asked for a consult on the work they never called back. Basically told me to get lost. I was so impressed with my experience with custom craft. I felt like I basically had a new car it looks so good. I had a slight problem with the color that it was originally painted and they immediately fixed it and gave me the car looking much better than I brought it in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nobody likes dealing with insurance or with the aftermath of an accident but the staff at custom craft went above and beyond for me. They stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on everything happening so there was no confusion at any point. They also dealt with the insurance people and rental car company! I didn't have to do anything and was never stressed! The customer service wasn't the only thing stellar with this company-the work they did on my truck was amazing! Employee stated he would install new bumper in order to replace my broken one. He specifically said that the new bumper would be a brighter white than the rest of my car and would be a noticable difference because the bumper would be new. I clearly told him to go ahead and replace with new white bumper and that I was perfectly fine with the color difference. And that it was important to me for safety reasons to replace the old broken bumper with a shiny new white bumper. I knew something was up when he called me the very next morning to tell me my car was ready. I went in to look at my "new" bumper he promised to install and it was obvious to me that he thought I was a stupid woman. And that he could get over on me. All he did was tightly bolt down the same broken bumper. I couldn't believe it. I didn't say a word, I just left to go back home so I could immediately call the insurance company and file a claim and complaint. I told the insurance company of his blatant lie to me with regard to the so-called "new" bumper he promised to install. An agent came out to look at his half *ssed b*llsh*t job he did by tightly bolting down the same broken bumper. The insurance agent came out and issued me a check for 1, 000.00 dollars right then and there. The agent assured me that 1,000.00 was the price of a new bumper. The "new" bumper he promised to supposedly install. He assumed I was ignorant about cars and that he could easily get over on me. "The flies don't lie." He had no flies at his shop both days I was there. His garage was completely empty, absolutely no other cars or customers in sight. I will never use them ever again. Maybe he was too lazy to replace a simple bumper, or maybe that he didn't know how to. I wouldn't even let that liar work on my bicycle. Don't use either of their locations. Poor performance with shoddy workmanship. Substandard and potentially dangerous repair attempt. I imagined going down the 101 when my broken bumper flies off and blocks my windshield. My safety never even occurred to him. He saw me (a woman) and saw dollar signs. He charged the insurance company over $320.00 dollars to tighten 1 bolt and 1 washer. Really dude...??? read more

First I must say that I have never been through this process as this was my first car accident. The team at Custom Craft Autobody was more than willing to walk me through everything, step by step in such a gentle manner. I honestly wasn't as nice as I could've been and they were still professional, compassionate, and honest with me!! I was given daily updates on my cars progress via text which was very convenient!!
