By far the BEST T-Mobile experience I have had in 6+ years as a loyal customer... and this is…read moresaying something quite remarkable because I almost always receive great service. I needed to upgrade my iPhone and iWatch and although I was greeted when I arrived, it wasn't until I encountered Lake that this exceptional customer service & care became apparent. Lake not only extended me a warm welcome, but he listened and then provided me with products and services to meet my needs. Lake's professionalism and products/services knowledge is second-to-none! The friendliness, kindness and patience which Lake extended to me (keep in mind I am on the older side of the spectrum of customers) was also coupled with genuine interest and care--all of which made THE difference to me and this specific experience. I left the store last week with not only an upgraded iPhone, iWatch, screen protector, cords/cubes, vehicle charger and T-Mobile credit card, but also left an extremely pleased, happy and *valued* customer. THANK YOU, Lake... you are truly a Godsend and I sincerely appreciate the heroic customer service & care you provided me. I would also like to give a shout-out to AJ (store manager) for making me feel welcomed and my business appreciated... having Lake on your team of experts is something to behold! p.s. I will be sure to tell all friends, family and even strangers all about this experience and send them Lake's way.
