My long awaited cushions arrived today. The sunbrella fabric was great, but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the cushion. The foam was softer than the ones I was replacing. It came with so many white tags (on my dark brown cushions), it looked like an advertising billboard. When I unzipped the cushion to see how difficult it would be to remove them, the nylon thread holding the zipper immediately unraveled so I had to stitch it back up. The ties were on the bottom, along with all the tags, making it difficult to ever turn the cushions over to utilize the other side. For the price of each cushion, these were not what I expected. On the other hand, the customer service was good when I was checking on the status. They promptly answered all my questions. I just wish the end result was better. read more

Will not do business with Cushion Pros based on my experience with their customer disservice staff, Kaylee and Brett. I have a glider rocker and I would like to replace the cushions. I asked for an estimate based on 4" foam, sent photos, and requested them to use the largest standard dimensions in calculating. They refused to provide an estimate, and were rather rude in demanding that I supply the measurements. I felt like I was supposed to earn their service, rather than they earn my business. I felt like I was supposed to be flexible to accommodate their needs, rather than they be willing to accommodate mine. In exasperation, I wrote: "I'm going to pass on the opportunity to work with Cushion Pros. Both Kaylee and you asked me questions that I've already answered "Thickness = top to bottom of seating and/or back cushion" and ignored my request to provide an estimate on the high side based on largest glider rocker that you can [based on the supplied photo]. As a prospective customer I have an expectation of the level of customer service that I expect, and we (myself and Cushion Pros) are clearly not a good match." Brett's reply, "That is your decision. Best day, and I invite you to be of greater concern with anyone providing you a quote based on an image and just 1 dimensions required out of 3." Go ahead... assume the back is 48x36, seat 36x40, footstool of 48 inches square. It isn't brain surgery, it's a CUSHION! I came for an ESTIMATE! I expect that experts in any field can give some basic, preliminary information, like a ballpark estimate. And I am suspicious of any "Service Provider" who demands that I jump through unnecessary data collection to get the process rolling. I want to know if ordering from Cushion Pros will be in the $50-$150 range, more like the $200-$500 range, or even higher. A quick estimate from a knowledgeable customer SERVICE agent could have resulted in a satisfied customer, referrals, and positive feedback. Instead, Cushion Pros gets this upset rant. read more

Heidi, from Customer Service, promptly called me to discuss details and asked me to send more pictures. Then she suggested that I send the old cushion covers so that they could be used as templates. The new covers were made exactly like the old ones. As it turned out, the original filling was still in good shape, so I only ordered new covers. Heidi was great to work with. I'd finally given in and decided to order custom bench cushions rather than try to attempt to make them on my own. It was an investment, and buying online can sometimes be risky. That said, my experience with Cushion Pros exceeded my expectations. the ordering process itself was super easy, as I knew what I'd wanted in terms of size and fabric. Was done in less than 10min. once I'd ordered, they gave me an estimated shipping date of about a month and a half out. I myself work for a manufacturing company and know that lead times for most things are pretty long and that materials are harder to source right now. What stood out the most was that about two and half weeks before they were set to ship, I got notification that the fabric for my bench just arrived and they'd be starting the production soon, with caution that it may be a little longer due to the delay in getting the material. First, communication! I really appreciated being looped in on the status so I can reset my expectations. Although it wasn't the best news, I liked that they reached out. Once that was put out there, about a week later I get a notification that the cushions had shipped! This was ahead of the original estimated ship date and they arrived just a few days later (I'm also on the east coast so it didn't take long). I was super happy that they estimated things correctly in the beginning, but then delivered them ahead of that. (Setting the right expectations versus promising something and not delivering on it will always be preferable in my book!) Their customer service was great and I'm sooo happy with the quality and look of e cushions. They made it very easy for me to choose them again if I have any future needs. Very happy!! read more

I needed to replace the Home Depot cushions I had on my back porch. They were purchased at the same time as my sunbrella cushions that were on my front porch. The sunbrella cushions withstood the afternoon Texas sun and still look new, but the Home depot ones looked awful! However, when I priced the sunbrella cushions locally, they were much too expensive and I was not going to be able to replace my cushions! I started searching online for a better price and that's when I ran across Cushion Pros. Their website made it easy to order and the prices were SO reasonable. The cushions arrived quickly and were well made. We are so pleased! I do recommend visiting a store that sells patio cushions to check out the materials. I very rarely leave reviews but I'm beyond frustrated. I placed an order for fabric samples almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. Having just completed a gut renovation I've dealt with and ordered from MANY different companies and have never experienced a delay like this. When I placed the order I was told they would ship on Friday 2/21. Today is March 8th and still nothing. I've checked the status of my order online and it says "still processing". I've also reached out to the company and they've told me the order shipped. I never received a tracking number so I have no way of knowing if this is true. The delay of my samples has now delayed my ordering of cushions and I'm on a tight timeline. Truly terrible experience. read more

The quality of my new cushions looks great - sizing is perfect and the stitching looks professional and high quality. The cushions are very firm. However, the communication from the company is lacking. There was an anticipated ship date listed on the initial order, but no dates or updates provided on the web site. There are no details provided - only a message that consistently says "Your order is being produced and will ship soon." A week after my anticipated ship date, I called customer service to inquire on the status. I left a message and received no call back, so I called again a couple of days later and left another message. I finally got a call back after my order had already shipped. The customer service rep, Ashley, hadn't even looked up my order yet - I had to tell her that it shipped. She didn't apologize for the delayed response or shipping. Bottom line: the product seems to be well made and the pricing was reasonable, but don't expect good customer service. read more

I ordered a custom cushion on April 5 with an estimated ship date of April 27, 2017. It is a week past my ship date and my order still has not shipped. I understand that things happen and orders, particularly custom orders, may be delayed at times. However, Cushion Pros has not reached out to me whatsoever since the day I placed my order and they charged my credit card. I phoned Cushion Pros earlier in the week and did received a call back. The agent that called me did not apologize nor offer to expedite my order. She also did not offer a shipping date so I am in the dark. I have a photographer scheduled to shoot my home for rental and need the cushion I ordered in good faith. Very disappointed in poor customer service, lack of communication, and failure to meet delivery estimate by over a week so far. I am giving 2 stars as I am hoping that the quality of the cushion will help offset the negative experience thus far. I ordered cushions for a glider and was initially fairly happy with them. They looked neat and professionally sewn. I noticed that the seams inside were not finished and there were some loose strings hanging, but I figured that messiness was just on the inside and not visible from the outside. The cushions were a lot of money for me to spend but I was happy with them for one season. Now, it is November and I am putting the cushions away for the winter. I am noticing that the seams are coming apart because the fabric in the seam allowance has completely unraveled. The cushions are literally falling apart at the seams. I am so upset and disappointed. I feel like I completely wasted my money. Nobody orders cushions expecting to get one season of use out of them. Well cared for, lightly used cushions should last years. I emailed the company and I am hoping they replace the covers with covers that are sewn to last. If they make it right, I will revise my review. read more
