I have loved almost everything I've purchased from this boutique. Good quality and affordable prices. The few returns I made were handled quickly. Shipping is super fast with this boutique. The only advice I would give is to return with a tracking number because packages seem to mysteriously disappear on our postal route if they don't have a tracking number on them!

You can't order from the store anymore and when you do order from their app, it denies your purchase. I called the tollfree number. They were kind but when they would resubmit my order I would get another email in a couple hours telling me that it couldn't be processed without any reason behind it. Their new CEO makes $20 million a year. They should put that money in people who care and actually get things done. No more Kohl's.
