Worst barbershop I've ever been in. They lack basic professionalism, I barely got a basic greeting. The place was trashed and reeked of cannabis. I came in with no other customers waiting, yet somehow I was there for 2 hours and didn't even get a haircut.
A man came in shortly after me, and after 45 minutes, he was called before I was. I held my tongue since we came in around the same time and maybe the barber had mixed us up. Yet a little later, someone else came in, and he was called before me again. I stood up to say something, but the barber preempted it and stated Oh, by the way, we take walk-ins and appointments, these two were appointments.
So either, they were lying and letting their buddies go ahead of me, or they lacked the basic common courtesy to let a patron know that they have appointments filled for the next TWO HOURS.
It's a wonder how this place is still in business. read more
