Good afternoon, here is my review of Canary Wharf Currys, yesterday I went to make an iPhone 16 Pro…read moreMax purchase in store but they didn't have it in store, and the clerk offered me to buy the 16 Pro or one of the previous ones, and I asked him if I didn't like it, could I change it and he said yes, today he went to the store to return it because after having the 13 pro max it didn't fit me since the difference in size is considerable, and they told me that According to their return policy, it was not possible because I had opened it and turned it on and it was supposed to be untested. I am very dissatisfied with the service since I asked them expressly since I was not satisfied with my purchase, and I started to investigate and in Apple's conditions are that you can return it in 14 days even if you have started it. I feel cheated and scammed and very dissatisfied with this new phone.

The selection was pretty basic especially with few TV's in stock and an equally terrible printer and laptop selection - the latter was just more basic laptops with only one laptop in stock, the Alienware which wasn't basically a potato. They did have a really small Apple selection, but this only consisted of a few old iPhones and an Apple Mac Computer. Good location with a basic range but it is much poorer than you expect from the brand - again the staff seemed more interested than talking amongst themselves than getting out there and helping customers. 2*

I went in for a potato masher…read more I came out with a potato masher, a loaf tin and a mini roasting tray (which were BOGOHP... ok buy one get one half price, might take a bit longer for that to catch on!), a vegetable spiralizer and a new mini draining mat. I'm not sure what happens to my brain in this place but I suddenly want to buy everything in the shop for my own kitchen. Extra brownie points for the friendly happy staff that served me at the till - she was so sweet she even had me signing up to their email mailing list which I usually avoid at all costs. Most of the staff on the shop floor seemed to just be chatting to each other - but I actually preferred not being harassed. The products all seem to sell themselves anyway! They have a range of value to premium brands, and for added smugness I found the branded draining mat was more than twice the price in John Lewis next door straight after this ;)

At the last minute, my older daughter asked my younger daughter to make a cake for her Walima - a…read morepumpkin cake. We were visiting from the States, and had no supplies. We happened upon this store, and voila, everything we needed was here. The store assistants were excellent, helping us find everything we needed (and/or wanted). I would definitely shop here again, and will likely give my older daughter, who now lives in London, gift cards to shop here.
