I was served this evening by Nathan. He was completely uninterested in me as a customer. He was sullen, rude, and generally unhelpful. I asked about the stock of a particular product and he showed me to them, then just said "ok" and left. I did not have the chance to ask about the product or to ask advice on which one was a better buy, or if one product did something different from the other. There were only a few employees in the store and they seemed to be busy with customers. On going up to customer services to pay, Nathan was laughing and joking with a colleague but when it came time to serve me he was abrupt and rude. No please or thank you. Were it not for the fact that I needed this product tonight, I would have walked out without purchasing anything. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
