I was served this evening by Nathan. He was completely uninterested in me as a customer. He was sullen, rude, and generally unhelpful. I asked about the stock of a particular product and he showed me to them, then just said "ok" and left. I did not have the chance to ask about the product or to ask advice on which one was a better buy, or if one product did something different from the other. There were only a few employees in the store and they seemed to be busy with customers. On going up to customer services to pay, Nathan was laughing and joking with a colleague but when it came time to serve me he was abrupt and rude. No please or thank you. Were it not for the fact that I needed this product tonight, I would have walked out without purchasing anything. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Terrible service from staff both in Falkirk store and Stirling. Waited at least 15 minutes to be served. Person wasn't sure what he was doing. Booked in for installation on a set date. Then received a text not a phone call saying delivery was a different date. Called into call centre and they couldn't help. Will be going back into store today to cancel my order. read more
