My mouth is watering just writing this. At every family occasion where there is a chicken involved (and yes there are a few), the question is inevitably asked; "Is that a Pinewood Chicken?" The answer is always yes. I have tried other chickens, and while some are more than adequate, nothing quite matches up to the Pinewood roast chicken.
