Our…read morewater pressure had dropped to zilch and we discovered that the well was suddenly producing enough silt and sediment to clog our whole home filter within hours of putting a new filter in place. Tim came out on a Saturday morning - showed up exactly when he said he would be there - and within minutes had successfully diagnosed the problem. Staring down a 50 foot well, you could see that something was clearly wrong with the pump - it was churning the well with such severity it looked like a large boiling cauldron. Tim pulled the pump up and showed me where the failure occurred (a split in the line at the top of the pump). Tim showed me the plate on the old well pump (one in continual service for 26 years!) and recommended a replacement. In less than 2 hours from when Bronner Well Pump Services showed up, we were back up and running with a brand new pump. Thank you Tim! Rarely do you find a vendor who is as fast, friendly, and willing to explain the whole process to you - answering every question thoroughly and with a smile. If you have a well problem - Bronner Well Pump Services should be your first call. They don't drill new wells - but they're fantastic in the realm of keeping your existing well working "well".

No one ever wants to have to spend $2500.00 on repairs but I swear he made me feel like I got every penny I paid for. Once we arrived, three days before the ceremony, we realized the shortcomings of our plan to combat the mosquitos with Tiki torches, citronella candles, and bug spray, and I desperately began the search for an exterminator. My wife is currently expecting and Zika is a real concern for us. Plus, we wanted our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Due to the rainy weather in May, a competitor told me they were running behind two weeks and it was impossible to schedule service on such short notice. Next, I called Delta Pest Solutions and Shawn rearranged his schedule to visit the venue for an estimate in the afternoon and to return the next morning at 7:00 am to spray. Before he sprayed, we walked the property together, identified the areas for treatment, and discussed the best way to safeguard bees. He explained his warranty and told me to call if we had any further issues. The following evening, we left a porch light on before running errands and paid a steep price when we returned. While shuffling groceries inside, about a dozen mosquitos invaded the house and we spent about 45 minute killing them. I called Shawn the next day, and again, beyond all expectation, somehow he made time to return and spray additional areas. Despite many attempts, he flat out refused any additional payment for the second trip. He said it was covered under the warranty. The difference over the remainder the weekend was amazing! During the wedding and reception, the caterers moved in and out of the house for hours, and at the end of the night, we had zero mosquitos. None of my guests had one complaint about the mosquitos. We made bug spray available but the majority of the guests didn't need it. We are extremely grateful to Shawn and Delta Pest Solutions for taking care of us and treating us like family. I cannot say enough good things about him. He helped make our wedding a success and we can't thank him enough. I give him my highest endorsement!
