I have some cracks in my driveway and would love to have hired this company, but obviously distance prohibits it. I did reach out, though, anyway, to ask for information on what they used to seal the cracks and for information on how I could obtain the product. Ryan, the owner, got back to me by the next business day and offered to help. He looked at some pictures of the cracks in my driveway and was then able to connect me with the person who could sell me the proper materials to fix them. There was nothing in it for him, yet he extended great customer service with kindness, professionalism, and speed. He could have ignored my email or blown me off completely, but he went out of his way to help a complete stranger who isn't even one of his customers. I sure wish I lived closer so I could hire them to come do some work! I would certainly recommend this company based on this experience.

i have never had such a horrible experience and have never left a negative review. I am hoping…read morethis saves another family a lot of heart ache and money. I used this company to refinish my front stairs. I put in a light color hardwood and wanted the stairs to be stained lighter to match and specifically said to remove orange. they stained my stairs more orange than they originally were and do not match the floors . Worst part is the actual job they did. they did not put plastic at top of my stairs and dust went through my entire upstairs when one sheet of plastic would have saved us the $400 cleaning bill to clean the dust off every wall and item we owned. they did not cover any of the fire alarms. they let the alarms go off the entire day. we had to replace to fire alarms because of the amount of dust that accumulated in them. They got stain all over the kickplate of each stair. i asked them to come back and they painted the kickbacks but got paint on each and every stained step now. lastly they gave me a contract that said they were charging me $100 more for good bona products. they ended up using minwax and still charged me. they were more expensive than the previous company whom did my other two sets of stairs. which match perfect and had no problems but I needed them done sooner than they could fit us in. now I know why this company was available. I have had to hire another company to redo the entire project. they have caused my family so much stress an ore money. I have pictures of everything on Google.
