I am blonde and was concerned about bleaching again within days of having it colored. Brent graciously squeezed me into his schedule and fixed the color mess at my first appointment. At my second appointment yesterday (six weeks after the first), he did a partial and haircut. I am so thrilled with the way it turned out! We spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and he took his time, asked questions, and didn't do anything that I didn't ask for. I can also say this salon has a really fun, cool vibe. I showed up to my 12 pm appointment about fifteen minutes early to be told that it would actually take another hour. I was allowed to reschedule, but I decided to wait because I live far away, but it actually took two hours until my hair was worked on. Once I did get in the chair, everyone was super nice and I enjoyed the time I spent, but I realized after I got home that my entire head is completely bleached white with zero dimension whatsoever and some spotty looking roots. I had asked for a platinum balayage, and it doesn't look bad, but it definitely isn't a balayage, it's a straight up all over bleach job with zero dimension, and the low maintenance grow out I wanted will be impossible. I've attached photos of two inspiration pictures and photos of what I got. So if you're not interested in potentially needing to wait for an additional two hours without getting a heads up before you come to the salon, and if your idea of a balayage is similar to mine, then maybe this isn't the salon for you. But with that being said, the hair stylists did beautiful braiding and other things, I just won't personally be returning, even if offered to get my hair fixed. Once is enough.

The entire experience was awesome! Marina was professional but also very personable, and we immediately felt comfortable with her, as if we'd known her for years! The eye lash extensions turned out beautiful, my daughter loved them and so did I! We hit it off so well with Marina, that we ended up scheduling a hair and makeup appointment for my daughter's Senior prom. If you know me, you'd know that I would never trust such an important event to someone that we had absolutely no experience with, but that's how much we were impressed with Marina. Fast forward two weeks and we're back to see Marina for an eye lash fill, hair and makeup for Prom. To say that we were pleased with the final results in an understatement!! My daughter looked beautiful, basically like herself, but with just a bit more glamour and glitz. Marina did exactly what we asked for, and was more than willing to adjust, if we decided we wanted more or less of something. This was by far the least stressful dance, prom experience that I've ever had because Marina took care of everything! Since our first appointment, the women of my family have had the following services delivered by Marina: Full set eyelash extension (3), hair & makeup (2), eyelash fills (2). I have another daughter getting the full set done next week, and my 18 year old and myself will be getting fills!
