I was fed false information repeatedly such as my transmission was being sent out (I was having NO transmission work being performed). After being quoted and given a ETA i was not informed until i physically went up there that the technician broke my pulley, my oil pump, & dropped trash in my heads causing further damage to my vehicle. In effort to get my vehicle back i had to pay even MORE money to repair the damage they caused. Now my vehicle has a oil leak from the oil pan they removed that had absolutely no business being touched had the technician not broken my oil pump and garbs has completely refused to repair anything, despite it only being 3 weeks from when the repairs were completed.

Let me start up first by saying do not go to this location. The owner is nice, but Wayne was who…read morehelped me when I got into the shop, the noise in my car is now worse, and I will Say that $600 for spark plugs seemed outrageous especially that didn't include changing the transmission fluid or the air filter, the air filter was a separate cost. My local dealership only charges $460 for the spark plugs. I paid $220 for a diagnostic of what was going on with the electrical. I'm sorry but Wayne does not listen to anything and I told him and the owner that I was coming in there because I was having a short in my car. Both headlights were out one of the back tail lights, and the radio would turn off and on the freeway. The radio still turns off and on, my light is already burning out because they put two new ones in, and they said that they had to take off the bumper just to put in the headlights, well as you can see in the pictures my bumper was not even put on right. I'm going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney General's office. I've done quite a bit of research and this is Who you have to contact if you have been scammed. So anyone who's reading this who is red prior yelp reviews, Believe it. I didn't check yelp reviews because they were referred to me by another company who I trusted. Honestly The owner really needs to get a new crew in there.

I lived in Baytown for many years, right around the corner from this location. I've literally spent…read morethousands of dollars at Meineke Baytown. Today I found out first hand why the place has mostly horrible reviews, with a few good ones mixed in (which I'm sure they begged for). The desk jockey, Wayne, worked on my car, not the actual mechanic. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work, and so as I was paying, I very quietly said that I think it'll be my last visit there. As soon as I said that, the mechanic (I think his name is Scott), who was sitting in the lobby like a bump on a log, basically went off on me. First, he criticized my car, then he proceeded to criticize me for buying the car. He also mentioned that what I needed was a body man, not a mechanic. If that's the case, why didn't they mention that from the very beginning. Then, after giving Scott a piece of my mind, I discovered that the power window no longer works. It was fine when I brought it in. Because I expressed my mind, Wayne refused to even take a look at the window, and basically sent me down the road a very unhappy customer. I'm thinking about small claims court just to get the labor expenses back, or at least try.

The mechanic told me what was wrong with my vehicle upfront and also told me of a few other issues I needed fixed.
