That is ridiculous. They also have their office call in pain meds to your pharmacy. Sometimes it takes them several days to do so, this leaving people without pain meds. They left me without my pain meds for 12 days on one occasion. Their office staff is terrible. There is always a turn over of personal. Try and get someone on the phone is a challenge.
