When the Dr uses an activator there is none of the hands on twisting or manual popping. He feels the spot so he knows what to do and then he puts his little hand held clicker and it delivers a few well placed bumps to get my bones where they need to be. He is the only one I have found in South Dakota and I drive two hours to see him. He does not take insurance but his clinic is virtually no wait and he is very nice to talk to. He will treat everything you tell him hurts. He even adjusts my jaw and wrists. He charges $85 for initial visit but if you are recommended by someone it is only $45 so tell them I told you how great it is and get the discount! From there on it is $45 per visit. His office hours are a little odd but if I lived closer I imagine they would be convenient. He has 3 slots per appointment time and he has three tables in the open where you are worked on fully clothed. When I came to him it had been awhile since I had been to a chiropractor since I dislike manual manipulation so he had me come every time I was in town until he had me back to normal. Through all the years and different things going on in my life (from a single kid fresh out of high school and broke to new marrage concens to the birth of my child and his health) I have never found one reason for complaint.
