I followed his advice of alternating ice and heat and woke up with a better range of motion this morning. The also give out new patient "goody bags" with an ice pack and a sample of biofreeze. I used the biofreeze today at work since I don't have access to a heat or ice and I'm feeling so much better. I learned my lesson though, no more dancing when my bosses are gone.

She does acupuncture on me 1st and puts the electric stimulators on the needles. She has a refreshing intuitive touch. She has many different techniques she offers. She's very thorough and spends a decent amount of time on you. She has a way of going right to your trigger points and does some kind of range of motion pressure point tecnique. She spent time listening to exactly what my symptoms were and asking questions about the triggers. She then adjusted me while explaining everything the whole time. She's very experienced with pregnant women which made me feel super comfortable. After the adjustment she had me lay on my back and straighten my legs.
