The crew at A&P were very friendly and thoroughly evaluated what the truck needed. They quoted me a very competitive rate and said I could pick it up the next day. Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised with the amazing work A&P did!! I dropped off a 10 yr old truck with a dull, oxidized exterior and dingy interior. I picked up a truck that now looks nearly brand new inside and out! Now I'm confident that we'll be able to ask & get considerably more $$ when we list the truck for sale. Thanks, A&P!!

In comparison to competitors I felt his prices were more fair. FYI- If Water usage is costly where you live, their mobile trailer comes with it's own water supply. Not having to take your car somewhere was an extra bonus. Next up is my SUV !

The quality is well worth the price and their business is local and t trustworthy. We will be using their services from now on and have already recommended them to multiple friends and colleagues. To preface, we reached out to several other businesses prior to settling on executive auto. We originally wanted to support some of the newer, upcoming detail shops. However, we were disappointed with their lack of communication and follow through. Cue Gunner - with immediate responses through yelp, a handshake when you drop off your car, and a thorough walk-through, explaining everything that will be done, no wonder they have 4.8 stars. They gave us a range in what the auto detail cost would be. We had significant pet hair like we owned a traveling zoo and hard water stains from the sprinklers. We dropped the car off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 3:00 PM. When we picked it up, we were immediately greeted again by Gunner, who walked the car with us once again. The water stains were gone, and apparently it took an army to get them off lol. 100% happy and satisfied. The car looks brand new! I didn't think we could ever say that because of the state that it was in. Will be scheduling at least once a year.

Meanwhile, Gunner was out there giving my headlights the VIP spa treatment -- attention to detail on point. My car went from "I can kinda see" to "Is that the sun or my headlights?" Customer service? Solid. Work? Clean. Speed? NASCAR pit crew vibes. When it's time for a full detail, I already know where I'm going. Gunner, you've got yourself a repeat customer!

The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

I've been looking for a solid hand car wash in Fresno, which is harder to find than it should be,…read moreso I decided to give Piccadilly Hand Car Wash a try since it's only about three miles from my house. Right off the bat, they told me the turnaround time would be around two hours. That's longer than most places, but it made sense once I saw the operation. They didn't have a huge crew, and it was clear they were taking their time with each vehicle rather than rushing through volume. I dropped my car off and Ubered home, and they called me about an hour and a half later letting me know it would be ready right around the two-hour mark. Overall, they did a really strong job. I'd rate the result about an 8-9 out of 10. The car came back very clean, honestly somewhere between a standard wash and a light detail. They applied protectant where it mattered, and the overall presentation was noticeably better than your average drive-through or quick hand wash. That said, there are a couple areas where they fell just short of being excellent. On closer inspection, some of the smaller details were missed. For example, you can clearly see where surfaces were wiped down, but they didn't always get into tighter spots like the door handle wells. It's not a major issue, but it's the kind of thing that would only take a few extra seconds and would elevate the result from "really good" to "top-tier." The bigger issue for me was at pickup. When I walked up and said I was there for my Tesla, I was handed a set of keys without any verification, no confirmation of make/model, no receipt check. It turned out to be the wrong keys. That's a pretty clear security oversight, and it's something they need to tighten up immediately. Pricing-wise, it's not cheap, but you are getting a higher level of service than a standard wash. Bottom line: this place isn't perfect, but it's definitely better than average and one of the stronger options I've found locally. If they tighten up the small details and fix the key handoff process, this could easily be a top-tier spot. I'd come back.

I've been looking for hand wash only car wash spots in Fresno to help protect the paint on my car,…read moreand I found McKinley Hand Car Wash and Detail on Google and Yelp. The reviews were higher than most car washes in Fresno, and honestly, for car washes in this area, anything over three stars usually means it's actually pretty good. Most hand car wash places in Fresno are extremely busy, so when I pulled in and saw a few cars ahead of me, I actually took that as a good sign. The entrance is off McKinley near First, and you'll see signs directing you back toward the alley where the car wash entrance is. The process is simple. You pull up, an employee comes over, and they ask if you want inside and outside done. They write a number on a yellow piece of paper and hand it to you, and you leave your keys with them. They vacuum the car first, then move it to one of the wash bays. After that, it gets pulled to the front where they dry it, clean the windows, wipe down the interior, and go over everything in detail. Start to finish, it took about 45 minutes, which is exactly what I would expect for a somewhat busy hand wash place that is doing both the interior and exterior. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance, so I walked over and grabbed some pho while they worked on the car and came back when they were almost done. What I really liked was how professional they were and how hard everyone was working. They were constantly cleaning, then rechecking their work to make sure they didn't miss anything. If they saw something they didn't like, they went back and fixed it. You can tell they take pride in their work. You pay at the end by giving them the yellow paper with your number on it, and the price lines up with the menu pricing for the type of vehicle and wash you selected. My car looked great when they were done, and I would definitely come back. I would say this place is as good as, if not better than, most of the other hand car wash places in Fresno. If you're looking for a good hand wash in Fresno and want your car taken care of properly, I would definitely recommend this place.
