In my situation, the used car I purchased was keyed. I thought Curbside Detail could've buffed it out. The first time i took it in, Larry was kind enough to show me a demo (with no fee) if they were to buff it out. He was honest and told me it was too deep of a scratch. So I had took it to an auto body shop to get worked on. I was going to take my car in the second time to Curbside for ONLY an interior cleaning but the auto body shop took longer than expected so I had to cancel with Curbside. Thank goodness their team was very understandable because I had to call/text to reschedule about 2-3 times for an interior deep cleaning. Lastly, once I came in for my appointment, Larry made sure the interior of my car was deep cleaned and had smelt nice by offering me air freshener! He was very kind and was very honest which my dad and I really appreciated! He did such an awesome job deep cleaning my car and I will for sure come here again!! Curbside did a fantastic job on my wife's 2006 Highlander. They removed various scratches and sealed the paint to an incredibly smooth finish. The headlights, which were a dull yellow, came out like factory new. A 2006 shouldn't look this good, and my wife comments on it daily. So I thought I would give their mobile wash a try on my 2019 Lexus. I'm very particular about how this vehicle is washed, hand only, and while it's a good looking car, it has a million nooks and crannies that make it very hard to clean and dry correctly. Luan came to wash my car and my husband's car on a Sunday. It was so convenient not having to drop our cars off. We could continue with our house projects and chores while our cars were being detailed. He took such great care of our cars, and now they are shinier than when we bought them! My husband's trunk area (it's a hatchback) was drowned in dog hair (no leather!), and Luan did his best to remove it all. He asked my husband if he wanted them to continue vacuuming it (I think it would have cost a bit extra if he did), which was appreciated because the dogs are going right back into his car, so there was no point putting too much extra elbow grease on that. Been getting my car washed there for some time. It was the preferred car wash for my wife because if. convenience and usually good service. Today was one day I was in need of a quick wash. As I pulled up at 8:03 there was another customer there with the doors wide open and not a tech in sight. The tech comes back from the street and said I have two people here and none of are my appointmentappointment at 9. The tech said you shouldn't schedule an appointment for 9 with the DMV if you came here without an appointment. At this point the techs appointment isn't there and I was going to be the only wash. I said my appointment can wait for me he's looking at this car and I need it clean. He said you won't be done by 9 so what do you want to do and I said I'll take my business elsewhere. He said ok. I had the pleasure of watching these guys in action during a Yelp elite event and I was just blown away! I was very excited to try them and I'm so happy that they lived up to everything and more! I reached out to them to ask for a price to wash my Ford explore and my husband's Ford Taurus. They responded fast and answered all my questions and let me know about the flat rate fee for vehicles of my size. I was able to get an appointment with them for them to come to my house three days later. They arrived on time. It took them about an hour and a half to wash both vehicles. I wanted to take pictures but I felt almost like a stocker so I didn't. They came with all their own tools and all they needed to do was hook up to my water and a plug for their cleaning machine. Curbside detail was recommended to me by a friend. I had scraped my car up against the wood garage door frame and had some pretty major scratches on the passenger door of my car. I called them for a full detail inside and out hoping that they would be able to get the scratches buffed out. I spoke with Robert on the phone. He was very accommodating and very informative. I was able to have them come out the next day. Aaron came to my house right on time. He inspected my car and was very personable and informed me that he thought they could get the scratches out. Great experience. Had them working on two cars for the day. One was a newer cleaner car and an older vehicle that had been sitting for 5 years or so in a farm and was very very filthy. They did a great job on both vehicles. The newer car looked as though we just drove it off the lot. The older car was much better than before they got here. Still has some flaws, but it is still in a much better place than before. They worked hard all day from 8am to about 330pm. Showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous.
