Since I was long distance, I wasn't too optimistic, but he spoke to me on the phone and told me what to expect. He was able to paint a 2200 square ft house with trim etc., within a week. Although his pricing was competitive, he did not skimp on the quality of his work. My property manager reported that "Noel was a sweetheart." He was prompt, reliable and did a superb job. The pictures of his work that she showed me were beautiful. He cleaned up the property nicely afterwards and did a walk through the following day. I have worked with many contractors and this experience was smooth from start to finish. This is absolutely the best contractor you will ever work with. They have honored my price each year as well. The pressure washing is spot on and makes a huge difference. They also have cleaned out my gutters when needed and make sure it is cleaned to the bottom (see pictures) and not just spraying some leaves out. They do use a cleaning solution in the water which keeps the mold and other growth back for almost a year, making it easy to have them come only annually despite being in Florida.
