Dr E Linarez is above reproach. He came out and addressed me personally, shook my hand and conducted a full and thorough exam. Answering ALL my questions personally and providing so much Insight. Dr Linarez showed upmost empathy and concern for my sleep health. It's very rare now-a-days to have Doctors of clinics be so hands-on. That's a dying thing now-a-days, but not at Dr Linarez' office. Thank you so much, looking forward to a new and lasting relationship. Gaby and the front staff followed up with me. Ensuring all my needs were accessed and met accordingly. Thank you soooo much Gaby and Dr Linarez. Will recommend and refer. (They are military and police friendly).

So at the request of my physician, I went to Madison St. Medical Sleep Disorders Center for a…read morereferral and to speak to the Doctor about my restless and sometimes sleep apnea ridden nights (Sleep apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep. This results in poor sleep quality that makes you tired during the day. Sleep apnea is one of the leading causes of excessive daytime sleepiness). Well my scheduled appointment for the study was actually a week away, but I totally got the dates mixed up and ended showing up a week ahead (last night actually). The technician at the front, who also was walking in when I did), was so pleasant and insisted that although my scheduled time was a week away, to please wait an extra hour in case someone did cancel or was a no show. She said that this one person has canceled or was a no show three times in the past and she would really like me not to waste my drive here. So of course, I waited in this pleasantly decorated reception area and counted down the hour. Low and behold (big surprise) he never showed up so they accommodated me. This was a really good thing because I was there already and the fact that she accommodated me was awesome. Now, the actual rooms you are given makes it seem as if you are in a nice 4 star hotel suite. I mean, its a nice moss green (very soothing) with your own bathroom (nicely decorated glass in green tile, shower, you know the works). The technicians came in and explained the WHOLE procedure to me, and I proceeded to go into la la land. Although of course I had wires everywhere and I was being monitored all night for different rhythms in my brain. I thought this place to be extremely professional and wow, the staff are just as nice as can be. In the morning, they wake you up (5 AM.) and let you complete your study with an hour of getting ready, so of course I showered and left. I just think that this was a really nice experience and hopefully I will get answers as to why I am having restless nights. I did appreciate also that they share parking with Leona's (next door) and for Oak Park this is a must since you will get a ticket if you park in the street. Kudos to the Medical Sleep Disorder Center.

I went for the first time after my friend swore she had lost a ton of weight because of a vitamin…read moreshot plus pills she obtained at this place. I went because I wanted to lose quick weight for my wedding which was 4 months away. Yes, I lost a ton of weight so I did end up going back months after. In reality, I dont need to lose much. The doctor was very nice but I dont know how "good" of a "doctor" she really is. FYI: * I called at 8:45 AM to make an appointment, Im more than sure that the doctor answered- I recognized her voice as I had spoken to her before. She took my appointment but sounded half asleep. Very unprofessional. * The "clinic" could use some TLC. It isnt dirty or anything but it should appear more like a clinic than a bad 70's-wooden-walls-questionable place. * Yes, the staff is very nice but the doctor took FOREVER to see me as she was apparently gossiping with the person in the other room next to me. It was very loud and I heard it all. * They arent very discreet with information. As I sat down at the end of the waiting room, the receptionist yelled out "my name, do you have insurance?!? Did you bring it with you?!" That was very inappropriate! Hello? Privacy issues?!?! * I appear a bit young for my age and like I said, I was going in for a shot (vitamin) and some weight loss pills. Not once was I asked for an ID. How could they be so sure that I was even of age? * I knew immediately that this doctor was a bit on the "less knowledgeable" side when she ran down a list of questions and came across birth control. I told her I dont take any because I am allergic. She laughed and said that was not possible. Hmmm... my mother is a chemical engineer, my father is a chemical-pharmacist, my sister is a nurse...I am more than sure that they could back me up in saying that this woman clearly did not know what she was talking about. I AM allergiv to BC and cannot take it. She thought that idea was ridiculous. Wow! * Why I stayed? I looked over the boxes of injections she was taking out as well as the prescription pills, I knew what I was getting. And yes, I am glad I was able to get very "good" prescription weight loss pills but in reality, for someone my size, she should have not given them to me. Which makes me think that this place is just looking for a quick buck as opposed to what harm they can create on certain people. I would suggest going there with information on hand and NOT to leave your ubber personal info like your SSN.

Horrible. I would like to start with her disgusting inability to conduct herself as a professional…read moreadult. During a conversation with her, she lacked tact and respect. I'm quite perturbed that Campos as a physician who serves the community lacks so much self control and temperament with the public. Also during this conversation, she displayed restraint to adequately communicate with me. Instead she used blatant aggressive behaviors which were completely unnecessary. In my opinion, if this was anyone else in this position it would surely call for a verbal warning, possibly termination. When I spoke to the office staff (manager) regarding her behaviors, she also indicated that "she just talks like that." She was completely dismissive and rude throughout our initial phone conversation. This type of behavior is non-conducive to any facility or environment. By the way, apparently she is the owner (Procare Medical Center-Oak Park) which somehow gives her right to be ignorant. I would say look somewhere else. If she is like this with her communication, I am definitely prejudging her work as a less effective physician.

I told her to call the number on the back because I have an extended network. She would not call to verify. She said whoever I talked to on the phone did not actually verify with my insurance either. I called them back later and the person on the phone said that my network had the wrong birthdate for me and that's why they couldn't verify the insurance. I called my insurance company, who told me nobody at the doctor's office never called them, the insurance company does have the right birthdate, and the network she claimed she called doesn't even maintain information on patients - it's just a network listing of doctors. So, that makes 3 employees of this doctors office that all did not do their job properly, costing me a wasted day off of work, weeks of extended waiting now to set up new care, and a whole lot of headache. STAY AWAY from this place.

This office does everything in its power to steer you away from your provider (who my kids have seen their whole lives) to "anyone available". When Dr. Rieger was at Burr Ridge it was easy to get in touch with him and now it is impossible. My daughter has been sick for over 24 hours and no one has returned my phone call...I doubt Dr. Rieger even got my message bc I know he would have reached out by now. The only reason we have no left is bc Dr Rieger is an amazing doctor, but we will have no choice if Loyola Health keeps running his office into the ground.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I have nothing but praise for the medical care itself. However, trying to get a taxi out of this building is an absolute nightmare and deeply unorganized. While there is a direct phone line to request a cab, the system is entirely broken. All you get from the dispatchers is a vague acknowledgment that a car is on the way. You are left to wait and wait. Worse yet, even when you are finally assigned a specific cab number, there is zero order outside; other people will routinely jump ahead and take your designated taxi, forcing you to start the entire process over again. This chaotic, confusing setup is incredibly difficult and stressful for people who are ill, exhausted, or unfamiliar with the area. The medical staff deserves five stars, but Rush urgently needs to organize its passenger pickup system to protect its patients.
