My tables were supposed…read moreto be delivered at 10:30am on Sunday for a party that afternoon for 60+ guests and when 11:00am hit and we kept trying to contact the company, someone apparently called out sick, so everything was behind. We were given the drivers phone number because he wasn't answering the company calls. When 11:30am hit we were told the driver got into an accident and someone else would be making the delivery. As every hour passed that our tables did not make it to the venue we continued to call and did not receive a straight answer as to where they were. We were then told the tables would definitely be there before the start of the party. Well when guests began to arrive there were no tables or chairs. At 6:30pm (2 hours after the start time) we were told the tables were "almost there" ... So we made due without the rentals and decided to work on a refund on Monday morning. The number we were given for the driver who got into the accident was contacted on Monday and he told us his day off was on Sunday and he was never delivering tables. We then spoke to the company (which at this point we don't know who even works for who) and they don't feel any sort of remorse and said they are in no place to issue a refund they must wait for the manager to contact us. We were then told the refund of our initial deposit would take 7-10 days. Long story short this company is by far the most unprofessional and irritating company I've ever hired. Whatever you do - DONT use this company.

Overall, if budgeted properly and planned for spending more than your initial budget with essential add ons, Disney is a great choice for a destination wedding. Make sure to ask all of the details questions because they will also help you with the price. On site, all of the coordinators were really on top of things they even prevented what could've been a great mishap when I started to walk out to lineup for the wedding Pavilion, but my Groom was an out debt and they prevented me from walking out so that he wouldn't see me, everything ran on time and was like a well oiled machine, people attended to our every need as if we were a real life, Prince and princess, Riding in the Cinderella's Coach was truly a dream come true an absolutely worth all of it My husband and I kept talking about how we couldn't believe how great the wedding was going and how much fun everyone was having and that it was all running smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells for their wedding or…read moreevent coordination. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss. On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company.

Isle Media was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and Alan was very quick and prompt in communications. Justin and Josh worked tirelessly with us on the day of, and was incredibly professional and courteous despite a grueling, nearly full day of shooting. They worked closely and in sync with our photographers throughout the day to capture everything from pre-wedding attire changes throughout different parts of the hotel grounds and the beach, the tea ceremony, the actual ceremony, and all the way through until the end of the reception. And were very knowledgeable in providing guidance and instructions throughout the day. Just a quick 2-days after our wedding day, we received a short clip from Justin with highlights of our wedding day that we were able to share with our friends and family on social media. And just a week and a half later, we received our full wedding video with some great clips and montages, including wedding guest best wishes and a beautiful drone shot of the grounds and the majestic Hawaiian waters. We had some minor edit requests for our wedding video which Justin was quick to respond to, and we were very happy with the end results. Thank you so much Justin and Josh! The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.
