My first experience at a recreational dispensary couldn't have been better. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, professional and understanding of my preferences / concerns. After explaining what I was looking for (and not), a product that is known to aid in relaxation was recommended (see photo below). I found their in-store menu to be more informative than what I saw online prior to coming here. Since you can't put a price on peace of mind, I didn't question the prices because I want to know that I'm buying a reputable product which is exactly the level of service that I found here. This was my 3rd time here-- they boast about their "top shelf" flower which is consistently mediocre. My Valid drivers license has a minor crack in it-- but is still fully legible and scans . I also have several forms of Of ID including my expired license ( no crack) and a Massachusetts medical card as I am a medical patient in the state of Mass. After driving an hour to P town, I was told by the kid at the door my ID was unacceptable , according to "CCC" regulations . I'll have to look into this but this seems like complete bullshit since this year alone I have visited nearly every dispensary in the state with the same cracked ID, and never had problem. If the police can accept my ID, why can't a shitty dispensary, whose stock is beginning to plummet, unilaterally decide to reject it. Not really suppressed the stock is plummeting . Literally my favorite dispensary.... hands down. Not only is it in PTown...... Ahh HELLO who tf doesn't love PTown!??? But I live in Falmouth so the wareham one is closer, but idc I will make the hour drive. Every time I'm not disappointed, I'm a flower girl and just started trying edibles, their gummies are no joke! My boyfriend(22) was being nice and went in looking for a possible alternative solution to my(22) awful period cramps and received a rude response: "how am i supposed to know? This place has the rudest people I have ever encountered. Absolutely unhelpful and not customer oriented. I just moved from California and my license was a temporary one so they wouldn't let me in. That's fine. But when a friend was going to go in for me, they made us move to the side and totally refused to help us try and figure out what we should buy based on what we were looking for. We went to B/well down the street, and they were much more helpful and friendly and actually answered questions and helped us find what we wanted. I will never go to Curaleaf again. Be sure to open your product and make sure the safety seal is intact before you leave the store. I bought a package of 20 gummies. When I got it home I found the safety seal had been opened and there were only 18 gummies in the container. I immediately called the store. First I was told to come back and they'd replace it, then was told there was nothing they could do. A couple of days later I got a call from corporate saying they would replace the product. Staff was nice but not knowledgeable. Doorman on street checking ID blasting rap music n word n word from his phone, talking to what appeared to be a friend. Not a good entrance look. Bud tender was a super nice woman. I had specific questions if the Elite whatever brand cartridge was technically distillate or not, she had no clue, asked the guy next to her, no clue. I bought it and it kinda sucks. Nothing close to the TripleM place distillate cartridge I get for 10 bucks more (65 vs 55). Flower was ok. Tiny nugs. One was old and powdery when I broke up . Rude, confrontational and unprofessional. Last night after having a wonderful dinner in Ptown to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we decided to go to Curaleaf. It was our first time at a business like this and was learning the process as we went. After our IDs were checked at the top it was explained to keep them out b/c they would be checked several times. At the entrance they were checked again and we were guided to 2 separate clerks which were located next to each other. I asked if we could stand together to hear about the products and the clerk explained it was State law that we remained separate on different cameras but he could explain the products to both of us at the same time. My husband took a step toward me (he has a hearing issue) and I explained it was the law to be separate but my clerk could speak to us at the same time if we remained at separate clerk stations. My husband turn to take a step back and the security personal at the door was standing at my husband's clerk area loudly demanding that he had 2 choices. Come stand there or stand over there with HIM! As I was explaining we understood and he was going to stand where he was supposed to be and the clerk would speak to both of us at the same time, all this man did was continue to shout at my husband the same thing. He had 2 choices, stand here or over there with HIM. My husband was standing appropriately in front of his clerk but yet the rude, obnoxious security man just kept yelling. We stood there in stunned silence. We are in our 60's, non-confrontational and the only 2 customers in the store. We neither verbally or physically exhibited any action to warrant such a reaction. I have never been treated is such an aggressive uncalled for manner. We turned around and left. I am a health care professional who works under state laws and regulations daily, I am well aware of the rules and reasons and the meaning of professional customer service. If any member of my staff had ever spoken to a patient or family member as this man did he would be reporting to HR. What a shame that a new business has it's reputation tarnished like this. I for one would never recommend doing business at this establishment. You do not represent the standard of value or integrity of the people of Provincetown. read more
