I have been a loyal customer of this dispensary for years, from the original Reef location in the same parking lot, to the larger location, and now Curaleaf. Unfortunately, after today's experience, this will be my final visit. Today, I placed a drive-through order for two cartridges priced at $30 each. After leaving the drive-through, I realized I had been overcharged by approximately $40. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. The first employee informed me they could not assist me through the drive-through and that I would need to come inside. I explained that I had my dog with me and was unable to do so, at which point a manager, Maria, came to the window. From the moment she approached, Maria had an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. I calmly explained the situation and provided my receipt. Before making any effort to investigate the issue, she immediately stated that no refund could be issued because I paid with a debit card. Her explanation was that issuing a refund would "throw the drawers off," which she stated verbatim. As a customer, this is unacceptable. You do not know anyone's financial situation, and many of us budget carefully for purchases like this. Being overcharged is frustrating enough, but being treated with indifference and denied any meaningful assistance makes the situation significantly worse. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Curaleaf needs to do better. read more

Buying from here use to be a good experience but they have changed so much I'm considering changing dispensaries. When you used to spend a certain amount they used to let you spin a prize wheel that no longer is available anymore also they used to give you a preroll after a purchase of a 100 or more that is also gone. It often feels like there's only one person working, and the line barely moves. What makes no sense is that pickup and drive-thru orders take longer than walk-in orders. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, but instead you're stuck waiting 10-15 minutes or more per customer. Management seriously needs to improve staffing and efficiency because this has become the worst customer service experience. I miss the Reef days. As many times as I came here, there's no employee who actually ever stayed for this company. Always new faces. Visited Curaleaf for the first time. Options are great, so are the workers. I was happy with my options and choices to purchase until it was time to PAY. If u pay by debit card you get charged an additional fee of $3.50 - I was not pleased about this. There is also a ATM option in store but the fees to withdraw are just as high. I prolly wont be returning - i have other places i frequent that does not charge to make a purchase with a debit card. Let me start off by saying the few employees who were there were great, Michael and Kyle did a wonderful job. That being said these corporate changes are dogshit and I will not be shopping here again I will go to a different dispensary. First you take away the door greeters chair and force them to stand on hard concrete flooring all day which is awful in and of itself. Then you have removed the ability for us to walk up and order at the counter and require us to use the iPad or the app. An app that regularly doesn't work as it gets stuck in loading up the checkout screen. I know this is so you can schedule less people to maximize profit, and doubt they had a balancing amount of increase to their compensation. Finally the sales have gotten worse, discounts aren't what they were earlier this year let alone prior years. You're just gouging your customers. I've deleted the app and I won't be back. read more

I really want to like Curaleaf because it's my neighborhood dispensary, but the service here is consistently brutal compared to the Curaleaf on the Strip. The biggest issue is the combination of extremely slow staff and customers who come in with absolutely no idea what they want and then hold the entire line hostage while they browse every product in the building. Today was the perfect example. One guy was buying a vape and had the budtender bringing out literally every vape they had. First all the sativas, then all the hybrids, then more random options while the line just kept growing. She was bringing out 6-8 products at a time while dozens of people stood there waiting, and there was zero urgency from the staff whatsoever. That's the overall vibe here. At most businesses, when 40-50 people pile into a line, employees speed up and try to move things along. Here, they just shrug and move at the same painfully slow pace no matter how backed up it gets. Every customer somehow turns into a 10-15 minute consultation while everyone else stands around frustrated. And honestly, half the problem is the culture of the place. Too many inconsiderate customers who show up completely unprepared, mixed with staff who don't seem to care that people are waiting forever. Even when there isn't a line, they somehow still move incredibly slowly. Do not come here unless you're prepared to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes for something that should take 5.
