I have been a loyal customer of this dispensary for years, from the original Reef location in the same parking lot, to the larger location, and now Curaleaf. Unfortunately, after today's experience, this will be my final visit. Today, I placed a drive-through order for two cartridges priced at $30 each. After leaving the drive-through, I realized I had been overcharged by approximately $40. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. The first employee informed me they could not assist me through the drive-through and that I would need to come inside. I explained that I had my dog with me and was unable to do so, at which point a manager, Maria, came to the window. From the moment she approached, Maria had an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. I calmly explained the situation and provided my receipt. Before making any effort to investigate the issue, she immediately stated that no refund could be issued because I paid with a debit card. Her explanation was that issuing a refund would "throw the drawers off," which she stated verbatim. As a customer, this is unacceptable. You do not know anyone's financial situation, and many of us budget carefully for purchases like this. Being overcharged is frustrating enough, but being treated with indifference and denied any meaningful assistance makes the situation significantly worse. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Curaleaf needs to do better. read more

I really want to like Curaleaf because it's my neighborhood dispensary, but the service here is consistently brutal compared to the Curaleaf on the Strip. The biggest issue is the combination of extremely slow staff and customers who come in with absolutely no idea what they want and then hold the entire line hostage while they browse every product in the building. Today was the perfect example. One guy was buying a vape and had the budtender bringing out literally every vape they had. First all the sativas, then all the hybrids, then more random options while the line just kept growing. She was bringing out 6-8 products at a time while dozens of people stood there waiting, and there was zero urgency from the staff whatsoever. That's the overall vibe here. At most businesses, when 40-50 people pile into a line, employees speed up and try to move things along. Here, they just shrug and move at the same painfully slow pace no matter how backed up it gets. Every customer somehow turns into a 10-15 minute consultation while everyone else stands around frustrated. And honestly, half the problem is the culture of the place. Too many inconsiderate customers who show up completely unprepared, mixed with staff who don't seem to care that people are waiting forever. Even when there isn't a line, they somehow still move incredibly slowly. Do not come here unless you're prepared to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes for something that should take 5. Visited Curaleaf for the first time. Options are great, so are the workers. I was happy with my options and choices to purchase until it was time to PAY. If u pay by debit card you get charged an additional fee of $3.50 - I was not pleased about this. There is also a ATM option in store but the fees to withdraw are just as high. I prolly wont be returning - i have other places i frequent that does not charge to make a purchase with a debit card. I really loved coming here but it's the second time I order online and the product I pick alerts me for ready for pick up but by the time I get to the store the girl tells me it's sold out false advertisement and bad customer service. Because if something is in high demand because it's on clearance and if online someone already is waiting to pick it up it's messed up for someone else to grab my item I guess it's first comes first serve and the online store is just false advertisement. read more

Watch out for ALL CURALEAF Dispensaries they do not know what they are selling to you. And that's dangerous. They are showing labels on their products that counter dictates itself on the packaging. If you are allergic or have allergies to any terpenes this is NOT the place to shop. And also timber this: ALL fees for using your own debit card are illegal and against banking policies of the card manufacturers Visa & Mastercard agreements. If a business illegally charges you a fee for using a debit card, you should first contact your bank or card company to dispute the charge. Then, report the business to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), your state's Attorney General's Office, and potentially the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) for broader scams. read more

I have seen multiple reviews on pick up order problems, it doesn't seem like they listen or care. So, use them at your own discretion. It's not that I mind being in a line (that's totally normal). However, when I have ordered online, you tell me my order is ready, I show up and there's only one person working the express line. That's a problem! Their app for mobile orders is RIDICULOUS! On multiple occasions I've had issues with my pick up order. It's always the same explanation that some of the items weren't "captured". Even with placing an order in advance, it's never ready by the time I get there. The customer service personality is there. However, the efficiency is not and needs a lot of work. The dispensary in Lima is awful. First of all I thought I was as buying marijuana but the ingredients says it's only Delta 9. Now I understand why they don't let you see and smell their products before you buy them. Also the amount of my product cost $45. as they round up and give you change back but the payment from the bank was $51. The only good thing is the staff was nice. read more

I would not come to this dispensary. I don't know what they're doing and the process they are using, but they take soo long. their lines last so long. They have the same pictures online for flower which is confusing when ordering. They wouldn't exchange the weed for the correct one even though it was the same price. It's really up to the manager's discretion to do an exchange because it's happened to me before at another dispensary and they did do the exchange, but this lady decided not to. I paid $65 for an 8th that I didn't want. I drove 25 minutes to get it. The lady gave no fucks. read more

Today was my last time coming here. $800 per month of my business and i wait in line for an hour after placing my online order, get up there to pick up my stuff and they don't even have it? the entire time i been standing in line, i been hearing every other person in line's bad attitudes about the waiting.
