It breaks my heart to write this post but today i was mistreated by Carry one of the employees…read morehere. She did not confirm my appointment ("was just about to call when i followed up") she never facetime or called for my appointment was totally rude and hung up on me. When i called back to speak with a manager she said i had to call back tomorrow no worries or issues. Spoke with Heidi the "supervisor " now again Heidi always treated me with kindness and respect. She says she will get to the bottom of it however i am at the point where i will say skip this location and go elsewhere. Breaks my heart because heidi is who helped me get my card instated she walked me through the whole process its a shame this place has terrible help. Again Heidi and the doctor are kind people however the help doesn't match the quality. I will be changing doctors or at least not return to this location. I would seriously consider getting ride of Carry or at least not let her answer the phones. She has no telephone educate and is very disrespectful. Mircale lead you need to do better.

Don't be a victim. This place charged me $250 for a one month prescription which the initial…read morepayment was for 7 months. I received a text to renew after one month, so I called and they picked up the phone. The young lady couldn't tell me what was going on and didn't understand why there wasn't any record of me paying for the 7 months prescription, especially after she stated it was only a free 35 day prescription which wasn't accurate. She said she will call me back. 3 days have passed and no call back. I tried reaching the office again and got no answer. I text them to call me back and she responded on text that the person who took my payment and the owner were figuring things out. How a business works this way is diabolical. This has to be a fraud especially since the business hasn't been active since 2023. This place should be investigated immediately and hope the feds or local police dept shut down this fake medical office down for scheming on people with health issues.
